Project Overview
MWS was appointed to deliver a full package of site clearance, earthworks, and groundworks for the significant expansion of Swans Corner Roundabout in Nunthorpe. This high-profile infrastructure scheme is designed to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety in one of the area’s busiest commuter routes.
Works Undertaken
This multi-phase project involves a wide range of services and extensive coordination across several disciplines:
🚧 1.5km of kerbing installed
🚶♂️ 500m of new footpath construction
💧 24 new gullies and drainage improvements
🧱 High-quality block paving to specification
🛣️ Over 1,500m³ of excavation for full-depth road build-up
