Project Overview:
Situated in Redcar, this project involved preparing the site for the new Mo Mowlam Academy, ensuring the ground was suitably engineered for construction.

Key Works Undertaken:

• Stripped topsoil and performed cut/fill operations guided by GPS models using advanced 3D Machine Control technology.
  
• Excavated made ground from the building area and re-engineered it in 200mm layers, adhering to the Principal Designer’s specifications.
  
• Repurposed material excavated from roads and car parks to fill sports pitches.
  
• Installed and compacted stone to prepare the site for subsequent groundworks.
  

Results:
The site was meticulously prepared, providing a stable and compliant foundation for the academy’s construction, demonstrating MWS’s commitment to precision and quality.
