Project Overview 

MWS were awarded the site clearance, earthworks, and groundworks packages for a new housing development in Middlesbrough.

Before Works Began 

This challenging project consisted of a high number of existing and disconnected services to be navigated around whilst being excavated to formation levels.

Our Solution 

Over a 1000cu of material was excavated and disposed of offsite under restricted traffic management protocols.

The project on a whole involved 1.5km of road kerbs, bus stop kerbs, tactile paving, 3000sqm of newly installed topsoil to verges and numerous ducting and boxes for new traffic light locations.

It was certainly a challenging but rewarding project to be involved with.
