Project Overview 

Based in Cramlington, Northumberland, this large project was the start of a new crematorium.

MWS were the first on site and progressed rapidly with the Topsoil strip. 6500cu of topsoil was stripped and deposited in a smart bund at the rear of the site to act as a sound barrier.

Cut and fill on the subsoil, using Trimble Earthworks GPS was used to achieve new formation levels within roads, hard standing areas and future grass areas.

Followed by the installation of stone using our Cat D6 Dozer to all roads and hard standing locations.

Works finished on site with excavation of a SUDS Pond.
